Planning Proposal lodged for Masonite Road frontage

An amendment to Port Stephens LEP 2013 has been lodged to rezone approximately 56–58 hectares from RU2 (Rural Landscape) to E4 (General Industrial), aligning with the Raymond Terrace and Heatherbrae Strategy 2015–2031.
